My computer is displaying 640*480 pixels and 4 bit colours after installation of win xp.what should i do?

Load the graphics drivers for your card or onboard video. They can be found any at the card mfgs site or in the grip of onboard video, the pc mfgs site.
Install your graphics drivers.

If XP did not find your graphics drivers and you still hold a problem after installing the drivers you may have to manually exchange the display settings by right clicking on the desktop and choosing properties and the display tab.
Click start , then Control Panel , next look for the Display and change settings.
you still get your driver installer, don't you? when you bought your computer you must get the driver disc. If you lost it or didn't get it consequently you'll doom !!
