my computer doesnt own a standby button i thought it might be b/c of a virus and i reintalled windows and it still doesnt own one

click on the start button > assistance and support > in the not here column click on fixing a problem. look for troubleshooter wizards for that question
It looks resembling you don't have display driver installed or you hold not restart the system after you install the display driver. Try to a display driver update.
Click Start\Control Panel\Display\Settings\Advance...
Click on Driver tab
