I be burning something onto a cd when it said error ocurred and the program shut down. but the cd drive looks like its still trying to read something ( its get the light on ). I tried pressing the eject button but it didnt work, I tried going to my computer go on the cd drive and click eject but the same happen... just enlighten me anything you know that might help... gratefulness

There is a small hole in the front of the disc drive that you can stick a straighten paper clip into to eject the compact disc.
ive had that prob back just restart the workstation and try to open it again
Try restarting your computer. If that doesn't work, turn past its sell-by date your computer and very particularly try to manually open the disc drive with a screwdriver or something. Honestly though, if you own to use a screwdriver to open your disc drive, it's probably no good anymore anyway.
Turn the computer stale,........ then do the paperclip to undo it. with the power on, the drive is keeping closed.
A screwdriver? Please stay away from my computer.
