my computer is shutting down by itself?

my computer is shutting down by itself after some running time.what are in that reasons may be? RAM,enthusiast,CPU or motherboard?also there is some distinct overheating and I think that the supporter cannot cool it enough which result within system shut down.does anybody have any suggestions what to do or other design about this problem.

If you notice it heats up, this is surely the explanation. But what heats up? If it's the CPU, replace the devotee and the heatsink with better ones that will meeting the type and speed of your CPU. If it's the RAM, replace it or install a fan close at hand it on the case. If it's the tricky disk, install a fan in the neighbourhood it or replace it if it started to make "suspect" noise.
have you checked the follower in the computer's power supply and the supporter above the processor inside the computer? They should be replaced immediately if any one of them is not functioning otherwise it can despoil the components

For laptops

Laptop should be elevated slightly at the fan nouns underneath, so

hot air can be exhausted more slickly.

Computer stores sell accoutrements that do just that.
Also, brand name sure you do not have it set to hibernate mode. Make sure you shut it down properly and reboot.
