My computer is something like a year old, It be fine untill I got someone to format it and put a variation of Windows XP..before it be formatted I could burn Cds and DVDS and it had No problem picking up cds..In the device controller it says that the device is working properly.. Can ANYONE PLEASEEE comfort me!!

Whoever formatted it and installed XP screwed it up. He lost the drivers that came near the computer. HP should let you download what you entail from the support part of their site. condo rentals in
