Tell me the name of the frozen drive and ill find you a link to the manufacturer web site beside the free tools you need to copy the entire drive to the up to date one, just expurgate your question to include who the untried drive is made by.....and you wont have to verbs about losing any of that influential data to some poorly written free program, or spend alot of time manually moving profile by file.....

Pull the old rock-hard drive and hold onto it. Install the new harddrive and reinstall Windows. Once window is installed put drive back contained by as a secondary drive on the Primary cable. Once you restart Windows will endorse the new drive and you can move your facts from the old drive to the unsullied one.
Wow, thats a very systematic question. You would hold to copy over all the facts, mod the system volume information, etc.

Unless theres a program I dont know about, I dont believe you can.
