MMC Consule comes up when I try to defrag my computer?

I am trying to defrag my computer as population have suggested. I move about to tools click defrag and message box comes up - MMC cannot open wallet /windows system 32\dfrg.msc. Also states = This maybe because the directory does not exist, is not a MMC consule or was created by a after that version of MMC also it say i may not have sufficent access rights to the database. WHAT THE HELL. Everything on my comp is legit paid adequate can anyone help me by not sending me to see the nation I bought it from as I live in Outback Australia my closest neighbours a 2 hour drive away.

Well, first check that the record is infact in the C:\Windows\System32 folder. if, then we can move about from there.



Are you lasting you are an administrator on the system?



It could be an issue with the short-cut on your menu. Go to start > Run > MMC > File > Add snap within > Add > Disk Defrag. Try running it this way.
