Multiple 12v devices from one ac adaptor?

I remember outstandingly little from my long-ago electronics classes, but i think this is probably something greatly easy. I enjoy four 12v devices that i am putting into a single enclosure and would resembling to run them all bad one power supply. the total amp draw is under 4.5 amps, and i hold a 5 amp rated ac adaptor, so that shouldn't really be a problem. My quiz is this: parallel or series? i'm thinking that it needs to be parallel but would resembling some confirmation from people who know more than i do.

Multiple 12v devices from one ac adaptor?

This is a accurate question.

I would focus that parallel would be the best option, but I am not a wizard when it comes to this.

I would suggest you repost the interrogate in Science & Mathematics - Engineering of RunQA. They enjoy more electronic engineers in that paragraph and will give you more accurate answers.
I too guess it should be parrallel. Otherwise the first 3 units will draw adjectives power away from the last part.
Parallel. I would use a slightly bigger power supply though, if you could.
Parallel because going serial will cause adjectives of them to malfunction if one of them does.
Parallel (12V distributed evenly to respectively device) and get a supply next to at least two times the amperage you plan to draw.
