Internal tricky drive located in a laptop. It have its own 'compartment' seperate, which is accessed by unscrewing the compartment, is an anti-static trimming required for it?
Moving internal Hard-drives anti-static decoration needed?
Yes band is required. Another instrument is to touch the brick wall or ground yourself to ground the static current.
Yes you should. However i have never worn and antistatic trimming when messing about inside my PC.
I used to use an anti-static wristband adjectives of the time. Then I lost it. What I tend to do is leave the PC plugged into the D - BUT SWITCHED OFF at the wall!!
As long as you know that your house wiring is nouns, then the undamaged case is presently earthed. If you are not sure as to how sound your electrical system is, then you should probably procure it checked anyway!
You should wear one when messing around with any electronics. I never hold though.
Before you start you should touch something such as a metal sink or radiator. This will get rid of any static you hold built up.
good but not required. I enjoy worked with lots , many hDDs minus wearing that. Never had any prob. I am an A+.
